Mentoring Makes an Impact

Image Impact International’s commitment to mentoring first began in 2015 through collaboration with college students at York University Toronto.  Qualified Mentors from Image Impact International were paired with Mentees from www.AIESEC.org. Our successful pilot programs encouraged students to develop as campus leaders.

Why We Mentor First-Generation College Students

We provide first-generation college students with opportunities to connect and network with professionals on workplace success topics. Here is what one Mentee had to say about Image Impact International’s Mentoring Leaders 4 Impact speaker:

The presentation Daphne Magna held for the entire local chapter was engaging, insightful, and interactive. She took time explaining cultural intelligence concepts to ensure everyone understood, and the Team Leadership content was relevant as she tailored all of her advice. The overall feedback from the members was very positive. They enjoyed participating and loved the presentation, saying Daphne was relatable, relevant, down-to-earth, informative, and inspirational. We would love to have her speak again!
