Susan Postier began her training career in the foothills of the Kiamichi Mountains.  While living in Idabel, Oklahoma, in partnership with the Oklahoma State Department of Vocational Education, she designed and implemented a Leadership Training program for the managers of the Weyerhaeuser Company.  Her career has taken her from the sawmill production floor to the boardrooms of major corporations as she facilitates workshops that offer her clients a high energy experience in learning.  She is a certified training consultant and corporate facilitator.  Her company, image impact, specializes in customized training, workshops and seminars in the dynamics of interpersonal skills, team building, organizational leadership and professional image.    Her work includes the design and delivery of high impact, results focused solutions involving all functions and levels of the organization.  Her clients include American Airlines, Georgia Pacific, Whirlpool, Lowrance Electronics and The City of Tulsa.  Susan and her partner, Brooxie Crews, guarantee a high energy, high involvement, high impact training experience for your organization. 

 

            Susan, in addition to her training career, has served in the community as a volunteer with The Junior League of Tulsa, Inc., Domestic Violence Intervention Service, Mayfest Steering Committee, The Volunteer Council of the Tulsa Philharmonic, The Junior Division of the Tulsa Philharmonic and The Tulsa Boys Home.

 

            Susan graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. degree in Sociology.  She and her husband Steve make their home in Tulsa and have three sons.
